Legally Compelled Disclosures:
We cooperate with law enforcement inquiries and other third parties to enforce laws, intellectual property rights and other rights. We may disclose personally-identifiable information and other information when we believe it is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against persons or entities to protect SK-NS or our customers or when we believe that disclosure is required by the law or legal process. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

SK-NS’s website is hosted and operated in the United Kingdom, pursuant to United Kingdom law and this Privacy Policy shall be interpreted under the laws of the United United Kingdom. By providing personally-identifiable information to SK-NS’s website, you understand and consent to the collection, maintenance, processing and transfer of such information in and to the United Kingdom.

9. Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 15.
SK-NS is concerned about the safety of children when they use the Internet.
