We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer

Return the package using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the post office. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are therefore non refundable. If you are returning an item back to us, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any items that do not reach us are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received and inspected your return, a full refund of the item(s) (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the original payment method. It will take up to 10 working days to refund your account. All packages returned to us due to the customer entering an invalid/ incomplete address, the customer will incur the charge of redelivery
As an international customer you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note – all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Its a good idea to mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any duties. Please also note, we do not refund International taxes and sales charges. The package remains your responsibility until it arrives with us – please remember to ask for proof of postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked and shipped service for return as we cannot refund/ exchange items that don’t reach us safely.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Please note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
